Currently based in the idyllic Sunshine Coast, Karina extends her expertise to the community through Telehealth and Mobile services, bringing her unique blend of medical and naturopathic knowledge to individuals seeking holistic health solutions. As a naturopath and herbalist, Karina creates personalised herbal tonics tailored to address specific health concerns, harnessing the powerful healing properties of nature to support your well-being. Specialised nutritional compounding  plays a key role in balancing and supporting mental health wellbeing and sleep patterns, balancing hormones among others.

For local residents, she offers the convenience of mobile services for initial consultations within a 20 km radius of Peregian Springs.
